We understand you must have done research and placed your order seriously, since the products are custom-made, order cancellation is only possible within the first 24 hours when you place an order.

After 24 hours, any order will be impossible to cancel.
Order processing starts within 24 hours of receipt of your order in general, so please make sure your order is correct before you move to the next step. Wrong addresses or contact information will lead to failed delivery directly. We’ll not refund any orders with wrong shipping information.
You’ll get the sex doll factory pictures once the doll is made, you are able to make changes to areola color, penis size, standing option and pubic hair. Please answer the email within 48 hours, or the doll will be automatically approved and shipped.
Be sure that the shipping information you provide is correct. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a 20% handling charge and will not be refunded.
All dolls have gone through the official quality check before leaving the factory. If your sex doll has any defects when receiving it and has not been used in any way, we can arrange the doll to be returned as long as you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your doll. However, we do not cover the return shipping costs.
We can not replace the sex doll for you if the damage is incurred by yourself. Sex dolls are not indestructible, so you need to take good care of your sex doll during use and handling.

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
- Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.

Contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations. If for any reason, you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.
Your doll is designed for your customers based on their requirements. We are unable to make a second sale. All sex dolls passed many standard tests before leaving our factory, so we will not provide a return service for anyone. If the doll is defective or damaged after you receive the doll for the first time, we will not replace the doll, but we will provide maintenance videos and tools based on the damage. (may require a small fee from the customer)

- Loose Eyelash Note: All returns must be authorized by the FAVDOLL Team via the service Center. Returned items without a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.
Returns Process & Time-Frame
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays: 1. If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket to our service Center stating your:
• Order number
• SKU number or product name
• Reason for return
- Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our returns address. 2. Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt. 3. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 30 days. After this, please note the refund times below: For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process. For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account. For Wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated.
Return Shipping Costs & Address
We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. Please always contact us prior to returning the items by submitting a ticket to obtain an R.M.A form (Return Merchandise Authorization) with the related returns address.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
